You will be able to jump right in and follow along in this fun and energetic non-choreographed class. Focus on strength training, cardiovascular exercise, toning and tightening of muscles, agility, flexibility training and mental well-being. Each student can pace themselves based on their fitness level, so all skill levels are welcome.

No FitPass is required for this class hosted by UCCS Bollywood Dance.

This class meets on Wednesdays at 7:30pm in Group Fitness 2.
